The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre next to one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets. The metro station is also very close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the service was excellent, as mentioned by other guests.
There were noise issues reported by some guests, with loud and unruly individuals causing disturbances during the night.

This place is located right in the center of the city. You can walk to almost everything interesting here – restaurants, shopping, cafes, and bars – just near the shopping street, a great location! The staff is really pleasant and helpful providing tours/ticket assistance, car hire. You have access to leisure facilities like sauna, fitness studio, garden area, and beach access. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV.
This venue is highly recommended for a family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was close to Vitosha Boulevard and within walking distance of the pedestrian zone. We were able to easily explore the city on foot and visit various attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with modern and spacious rooms that were well-cleaned. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from fresh vegetables and eggs to a full English breakfast. The staff were kind, and even provided us with a breakfast to-go for our early flight.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast with English breakfast, croissants, fruits. Our spacious room had a balcony with a great view. Although the room needed some renovation and the curtains let in some light, we still had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for groups, family, or couples.
